As you know, we have changes in the legislation in the field of accounting and reporting, this law establishes the legal framework for the implementation of state supervision and responsibility in accordance with internationally recognized standards in the areas of accounting, financial reporting, preparation of reporting and submission of management reports and payments to the state prescribed by this Law, professional certification, implementation of audit activities (services) and its quality assurance in Georgia.
Enterprises are required to compile accounting and financial statements in such a manner as to comply with international accounting and financial reporting standards. Namely, according to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Financial Reporting Standards for Small and Medium Enterprises (IFRS for SMEs) and Financial Reporting Standards for the fourth category enterprises; Enterprises are divided into four categories, with the appropriate criteria.
Our goal is to correctly define the category of your enterprise and prepare your financial statements in compliance with its relevant standards and submit it to the relevant body (saras.gov.ge).
